Who is our client
The client for this block machine is a premium producer in Egypt who wanted to add some special elements to the usual range of blocks and ordinary kerbs, but at the same time maintain the easier plant of a mobile machine. Block machine 1600 Extra was designed to achieve the height of cm 50 and achieve production of a kerbstone with a hole running through.
Request
The block machine must be of the egg-laying type for ease of work and quantity of output; a stronger compression and vibration was required to produce big kerbs and other solid concrete products, while keeping the traditional Cadonà easiness and simplicity of use and maintenance.
Solution
1600Extra is the evolution of the egg-laying block machine: the mould is as big as in our biggest block machines, but the extra vibrators and improved compression enhance the performance and give it a distinctive appeal.
