Who is our client
The client for this block machine is an old client from Romania who bought the same machine some years ago and now wanted to increase production. He was so happy with his first machine that he wanted a new one that was just the same. His plan is always to achieve a substantial production of blocks and kerbstones. He needs the speed and productivity of the bigger mobile machine with loading bucket. Of course he also welcomes the possibility to share moulds between the 2 block machines.

The block machine must be of the egg-laying type for ease of work and quantity of output; motor serviced loading for extra productivity; a good planetary mixer and a high discharge dumper or fork lift with bucket complete the plant equipment.
Solution
Mobile block machine 1600Basic is focused on block and kerbstones to achieve speed, but versatile in height to make it possible to produce different elements. It is more “Basic” than its faster sister 1600Super because of the steering that is more elementary and needs the operator to step down from the seat. Production area needs to be big enough to enable the machine to reach its full potential.
