Who is our client
The client for this machine is a leading builder company in Ghana and West Africa. They asked for a stationary plant for their headquarter where they can achieve outstanding production of pavers, but also concrete blocks. This an expert producer who wants a machine with several semiautomatic devices, but not a complex fully automatic plant. He also wanted the machine painted in red and this is the only Cadonà block machine in this color.

A stationary block-machine, equipped with a mould for the half square metre production, a system of pallets movement that makes it easy to handle pallets. Not fully automatic, but enough to help a steady and speedy efficiency in the blocks and pavers production. Double layer device may be a must.
Solution
A proficient stationary block machine with the help of a good planetary mixer and a set of wood pallets can reach a production of over 70 m2 of single layer pavers per hour or 50 m2 double layer pavers plus any other concrete element within the mould size. Automatic pallet movement and several timers and automations help a steady flow of production.
The block machine can be customized and provided with extra equipment to maximise efficiency.
