Who is our client
The client for this machine is a leading production company in Congo and they requested a stationary machine that can achieve outstanding production of pavers, but also concrete blocks and metre long kerbstones.
Request
A good-sized stationary block-machine, a size of mould that enables production of metre long pieces, manual enough to be simple and user friendly but gives a steady output without expensive automatic palletization system. Work setting is well-developed but can be dirty so the machine must be strong and easy to operate and service.
Solution
A stationary blockmachine with a few chosen moulds, and a good planetary mixer, a set of wood pallets and a staff of good workers you can reach a production of over 35m2 of excellent pavers per hour and any other concrete element within the mould size. Automatic pallet feed helps a steady flow of production.
